please, no glass jokes please. i just liked the picture. and i want one.

    NINERS/FALCONS

woo freaking hoo. niners are 3-1 and in control in the division. it is about time i say. reminds me of a story about this guy who never played the field in high school, opting for girlfriends, and when he graduated he thought that that was his lot in life. never to be a ladies man. then all of the sudden he turned 25 or so and found out that picking up girls was alot easier than he had previously imagined. all of the sudden he was able to do much better than he had ever thought possible. and consistently so. some of the girls he thought were out of his league (cardinals) and some were just ugly fat whores (rams). and even though he didnt seal the deal, he got to 3rd base with the hottest girl in town (vikings). all in all he was in the game, and was giving himself a chance to succeed.

look for shaun hill to have a nice little game, i bet the niners staff is gameplanning for him a little in case coffee puts up another stinker. but dont count out coffee, who should again get 25 carries at least.

our defense has been fairly stout, and by some statistical measures, the best run defense in the nfl. this has alot to do with our swarming to the ball. we could really be on to something, and with the youth we have, we could really have that something for quite awhile.

i havent been talking about michael crabtree, he obviously signed and is in practice on a roster exemption. looking forward to him being on the field and contributing, but until he does, he gets no love in my previews or recaps. ok maybe a small amount of love, but not now. maybe later.

"out here we call them birds, not bitches"

the niners are undefeated against teams named after birds this year, and with any luck that trend will continue against the falcons. no ravens this year, but we get the eagles in week 15.

    prediction

    niners-23
    falcons-17

I was shocked by this outcome. Atlanta looked like a pretender when I saw them against NE.

    You think so, Thrilla?

I expected this outcome. ATL, to me, isn't a joke. I think they're a legit contender in the NFC.

I think they're second tier in the NFC. Giants, Saints, Eagles, Vikings are all significantly better, in my opinion.

Giants and Vikings I agree with.

The other two I'm not sold on yet. We'll find out about the Saints, soon. Should be a fun game.
