I would take Carter. Why? Because Arenas is more of a 2 guard, he really looks to shoot first. He dosnt look for his teammates. But because of his size he is forced to be a PG. So this is like comparing 2 shooting guard. Carter is more athletic, can shoot better, bigger and could rebound. And if you watch the Net games you see that Cater plays the point sometimes. He could pass very good too and see the open man. I go with Carter for the better player. I would also go with Carter to the question who would you rather have on your team. He has a great desire to win (Dont bring up the Toronto days, we are talking about this Carter) and has a great heart. Im not saying Arenas doesnt I dont see him play so I couldnt say, but Carter is the better player so I would rather have him on my team.
Arenas. He is just as explosive as Carter, he can get inside and use his quickness, he can shoot better then Vince, score more then Vince and the dude is only 24. He has better court vision as well. P

If you watched him he passes a lot but he is the go to guy so he has to score right? Arenas is a good shooter also shooting 44% from the field with 37% beyond the arc. Arenas takes it in a lot drawing the foul. Vince doesn't do that very often now. Arenas has better Court Vision then Carter. Arenas is really athletic and is just 24 averaging 29.2 PPG more then Carter has ever done in his entire career. Carter has Jefferson as his 2nd option which takes some points off his statline but Arenas has Jamison and Butler. Arenas is a better stealer then Carter is. Arenas is faster then Carter which helps him on both ends.I would rather have Arenas on my team and I think Arenas will be the better player in the future.
He looks to shoot first. I never said he DOSNT look for his teammates. Carter is a SG so of course Arenas has more court vision thats his position.
