I'm guessing the cop told him to tuck in his shirt, and the kid said something like "Fuck you" and the cop overreacted.

Bitch move by the cop from what we see here. Absolutely disgusting. Big ass dude, though.

This cop seriously needs mental help, and should never put on a police uniform again. Hopefully that kid gets some $.

So, uh, in Chicago 24 times is a legitimate self-defense plea? What kind of weapon are you shooting at someone that 23 bullets isn't enough to ensure your safety in the situation? And what's he firing that you can shoot 23 times and still have rounds left over? Did he hit him 16 times (std. 9mm Beretta loadout) and reload, and fire another 8?

Absolutely uncalled for. I can't tell, of course, what the student was saying to the cop, but it makes no difference.

He's clearly just an overachiever, can't fault him for that... Being thorough is a noble trait.

Seriously though, this guy needs significant time behind bars, or in a mental hospital.

All I can say is how sad for Christopher Lloyd. He was great in "Taxi" and the "Back To The Future" franchise.

I know you were joking and it's a serious situation, but nonetheless, VERY funny! My co-workers laughed their fannies off.

Why is an untucked shirt against school rules anyway?

That cop needs to be in a straight jacket

Why do schools have expensive police assigned to them nowadays? My kid says that his school's cop sits around all day and does menial work to help staff, while his expensive police car sits outside. Maybe at a very few inner city schools in California, but a big waste of taxpayers' money here and 98% of schools.

What responsible parent would abandon his child every day at a school that needs police on duty for protection? :dunno:

As for the cop, that's just how they roll. :sigh:

Speaking as someone who generally gives the police the initial benefit of the doubt, the only thing I can think of that could possibly justify this cop's actions is if the kid pulled a weapon. I didn't see or read about any weapon. While I'm curious about what the kid said to the cop, nothing I can think of would make me change my mind on this: That cop needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

All the public schools in Loudoun County have an officer patrolling inside... Pretty retarded.

I got about 48 seconds in and heard some bullshit about less than one half of one percent of policemen misfit the uniform and then I TURNED IT OFF because that is a bullshit statistic some douche must have made up.

I would wager that a higher percentage literally don't fit their uniforms due to weight gain.

100 percent of policemen that I personally know are crooked pieces of lying shit. I only know one, my girlfriend's father.

The idea of the clip is right that there has to be good and bad cops just like the rest of society but give me a break with made up statistics.

    Umm... irony alert?

    Haha.

As for the video/story: pathetic. The officer should be prosecuted. I'm not sure, though, why the victim being a Special Ed student matters...
