some of ya'll look way to much into stats on here, they may score on bowen, but they have to shoot a lot more to get those points which isn't goodf'k vince how can you ever respect a man who doesn't give his all for his team??? that's a selfish player right there, sure he's doing good with the nets but only cause they are winning games, what's gonna happen when <Censored> hits the fan?? he's gonna become a little <Censored> again and want out cause he can't handle it. good thing he'll never win a ring cause a player like him doesn't deserve one.

Vince Carter payed for a bronze statue of himself to be built in front of his old HS. The guy is probably an egomaniac.

I also have little respect for Vince Carter.Yes, he's playing great for New Jersey right now, but what is going to happen when things aren't going so well? If history is correct, he'll do anything in his power to bail out of NJ too. There are already numerous rumors swirling around that he will opt-out of his contract, and leave New Jersey.

I got nothing against him, hes a good player and is exciting to watch. I'll have to say he pisses me off a lot when he plays the bulls, cuz he gets easily pissed when nocioni guards him and carter starts throwing cheap shots.

Last time they played Nocioni was the one with the cheap shots..Vince would be stupid to leave Jersey, Kidd makes his job so much easier..

Nocioni just plays hard, hes not the type of player to throw intentional elbows and shove his opponents on purpose. Carter although gets easily annoyed becuz he expects refs to call everything becuz hes an "allstar"

Back up these claims buddy..And I dont want to hear Toronto becuase thats a different situation thats in the past..Tell me what hes done in NJ..How am I a Nets homer for liking one of my teams best players? I support my team, I love Carter and everythign he does for the team, but hes not my favorite player on the team..

Don't tell me he raped a girl. How is Zo a good defensive player? Don't tell me how many blocks he averages. How is Shaq fat? Don't tell me his weight.Your statement is stupid. VC simply bailed on Toronto. Although it did take him 7 years. How long has VC been in New Jersey? 3 years?Wince Carter is pathetic. That's basically what this whole thread is about. The fact is that you can't accept that because you're blinded by your Nets homerism.I doubt there is a single person in Toronto that thinks Wince has ANY professionalism whatsoever.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>I love Carter</div>Sounds like someone has a man crush. :winkglasses:

Name me one problem he has had since coming to NJ..Theres nothing he has done wrong, he hasnt caused problems, he hasnt had injuries, theres no argument there. I never said anything about what he did in Toronto, since he came to NJ he has been great..Thats not homerism buddy, hes a great player no matter how you look at it..I told you already hes not my favorite player but I respect him and I respect what hes done for the team..Youre clearly blinded by your flat out stupidity if you cant realize he has done nothing wrong in NJ..Very creative...Wince Carter..Wow you guys are good at this stuff..

any man whoever quits on their teammates no matter where they are at does not deserve respect. this is his first full season with the nets, wait till the <Censored> hits the fan, he'll be the same man who quit on everyone

He's human man. Being on a crappy team in Toronto year in and year out takes away your motivation. He shouldn't have quit but the hunger was gone in Toronto and is revived in New Jersey where they actually are respectable talent wise.

i don't know, i don't have respect for him no matter what he's doing with the nets, sure he's doing good, but i don't respect him cause he quit on his teammates, it just as bad as ricky, but at least ricky didn't waste they time and moved on for a year.
