Do you think anyone can break the 95-96 Bulls record for most wins?I guess it's bound to happen sometime however do you think anyone will break it recently?Everyone thought the Pistons were going to break the record in the beggining of the year.
Not anytime soon(5 years) in my opinion but all records will be broken eventually until they are impossible to break.
It would be very hard to in my opinion, like Ballah said the talent across the league is very well spread out and you can lose to anyone on any given night. I dont think there are records that are impossible, you can never say somethin is impossible, but I think it is rather likely that the wins record is broken any time soon, it is a monstrous task to take on and it would be extremelly difficult to do. More difficult than any single game achievement in my opinion because it takes a tremendous amount of focus every night for the course of the season to get it done..Its really tough to do that and it would be very difficult to break that record, but I wouldnt say its impossible..
Well Detroit has 64 so far and thats only 8 away from the record,no doubt they've been having a great season but the way they're playing I don't think it would be hard for them to pass or tie this in the next years.
12 losses in the entire season, once you get to 60 wins its considered a terrific season, and then you are still 12 wins away. Its incredibly hard to achieve such a record and it requires so much focus and determination to win..And of course a terrific, well rounded team at both ends of the court..
If anyone gets it I don't see it happening for a long while. The 95-96 Bulls were completely amazing and couldn't be stopped. A team like the Pistons have could do it but they would have to have the same team for five years straight and hopefully get lucky enough and win all their close games.2,000 posts!

Now, with the talent even more spread out, I find it hard to believe that some team would break it any time soon. Some smart GM will get a bunch of great players to take less money in order to win, like Dumars. Joe probably won't get 71 wins but this record will be broken. Eventually. Probably during/after the Greg Oden era.
