Jason Kapono14. Dorell Wright15. Earl BarronShaq and Wade are equally important IMO. When Shaq was down for like 20 games the Heat were just around the .500 area. Wade is definetly the more talented player, but I still see Shaq as the leader of the team. How are all of you forgetting Shandon Anderson? He is such an important part of the Heat. Earl Barron I can understand, but Shandon Anderson?I'm not the biggest Antoine Walker fan just in case you can't tell by my list. If he keeps up his play as of late though I'll love him.

    Sunny, you dont realize how important Zo is to this team. Who the hell cares if he plays off the bench. This guy is 30+ yrs old, and still, he put up more-than-solid numbers when Shaq was gone in the beginning of the year. This guy is really durable, despite the injury he has now. He also is a leader.
