no because i realized how many other pf's i forgot about. o'neal and amare are better than sheed and so is dirk. i just had a brain fart.

He is the best rebounder in the league, he is one of the best defenders in the league, he has range on his shot and he doesn't take bad shots. He is a smart player who does it all. He is a great leader and he plays with passion. He does it all.</div> He's 7'0" and doesn't have a post game, doesn't dominate games or take over.
i think it's a toss up between kg and duncan. kg can shoot, he can post up, he can pass, he can obviously rebound and play really good defense. if tim duncan had a personality or some fire i'd pick him. duncan is fundamentally sound. he's an old school player and does it all by the book. he does it well but i'm going with kg on this one.

He has some of the best footwork in the league. He isn't Tim Duncan, but he can hold his own the block. He can dominate a game in every aspect of it. He dominates games with his presence on defense, his presence on the boards and his ability to run the offense in the post or on the elbow. He can get his shot whenever he wants it. He can you inside and he can take you outside. He isn't clutch, but how many big men are?
This year it would be1. Dirk2. Garnett3. Brand4. Duncan5. GasolLast year1. Duncan2. Garnett3. Dirk4. Amare5. Brand
1- Duncan2- Kg3- DirkDuncan is at number because. He's offensive game is good , great when needed. He's also a great defender, better than the two below. He's also lead teams to victory unlike the two below.Dirk defense holds him back, his offensive game is great. However you need to be an all round player and dirk simply is not good at defense.
The perrenial top three are KG, Duncan and Dirk, and they kinda rotate around who's played the best from year to year, but there's no question the topic of best PF starts and end with those three. Now THIS year I'd go Dirk, followed by Brand. But if you cornered me and told me I had to pick one of these guys to win a champioship with, than I'd go Duncan...he's the best player you can have on your team, as he does a little bit of everything. And that pains me to say it as I'm a Dirk fan.So basically itsuncanDirk(if we talk this year he's #1, but overall #2)KG......Brand(this year's he's #2)....everyone else, unless you consider Amare a PF than he's up there too.
