Have any of you guys had nba league pass broadband before? Because I was thinking about subscribing to the nbatv league pass via broadband. Questions: 1. Which Blazer games are blacked out? I live in Troutdale, OR. I would be fine for being blacked out for KGW games, but not okay with being blacked out for comcast sports net games. If thats the case, this would be a horrible deal for me. 2. I dont care much for watching other teams, so is the choice package where you can only watch up to 7 teams more ideal for me? Or is there benefits to the complete package that I dont know about. 3. If the games are on say TNT or ESPN, will it still be on league pass cause I will be traveling sometimes? Thanks in advance.
1. ALL Blazer games will be blacked out. KGW or CSN, it doesn't matter. 2. I don't know of any benefits, other than being able to see virtually any game. 3. Not that I'm aware of.
Had the league pass on Dish for the past 7 years. All the Blazer games are blacked out locally. When you sign up now you get the NBA Broadband for free. You can watch 3 games at a time, I love it. Also this season, there is a DVR function and a full season archive where you can watch any game for any team over the course of the season. I'm assuming because all the blazer games are blacked out locally, you wouldn't be able to watch the archived games either.
See, I'm a basketball fan. I will watch a Hawks vs Clippers game if I could! That is why I love the LeaguePass!
Would it solve the problem of blacking out csn games, if I had my sister from Seattle, Washington purchase the package and just use her account?
Seattle's in the blackout area also. But I imagine you could get a slingbox feed from her CSNNW to your computer or something. We get that up here on channel 179.
