Roy talks about Sacrifice. But what has he and LMA really sacrificed? If he was all about wanting to improve the team. Why didn't or hasn't he carried more of an open mind about who starts at point? Why did he look like a lil child who was been forced to eat something he didn't want with Andre Miller? I don't agree that he had sacrficed anything. I don't agree with the starting lineup. Nor do I agree with the way the starting lineup come about.
I personally would love to see Roy decide to become our PG... A hybrid really, a fusion of Jordan and Kidd. 18-19ppg and 7-9apg. For it to work we'd need a quick guard who can help handle the ball and play off the ball... Bayless? Mills? Koponen?
I've been saying this since last summer--eventually I'd like to see Roy as our Magic with Bayless as our Byron Scott.
Joel will stay here and be the best backup in the league. He is on a good team and he doesn't NEED to start.
