    For Roy to get to the next level

    1. He first needs to win a playoff series.
    2. Offensively he needs to play off the ball better
    3. Make players around him better especially Oden. These two need to develop Kobe/Shaq chemistry. (minus the drama)
    4. Defense needs to improve
