    I don't think so. I think it was much worse and they're just covering it up.

    As someone who's had positions like that, I'm fine with giving them the BoD that they were discussing seniority, laptops, etc.

    That said, you absolutely cannot lose situational awareness like that. You have texts coming in, multiple ATC on multiple channels, forgetting that you're supposed to have landed 100miles ago, etc. Absolutely inexcusable.
