He has the frame and the talent. The question is does he have the drive? Dumping Abdul-Jabbar doesn't exactly send the best signal.

I dunno about that...He has openly said AND DONE that he will be beating everybody down the court for easy buckets. He has been doing that great so far. I think he got at least 8 points last night just on hustling down the floor.

He got some sick offensive moves. Jabbar while much more consistent obviously was built on finesse. Bynum has the soft touch but he also needs to be a monstor out there too. Make people think the will break their wrist if they try to block his dunk.

Give credit to Chuck Hayes. He's undersized, but is tough to move in the post with his low center of gravity and also has good instincts to strip the ball or poke it loose.

I think more people are worried they will break his wrist while they try to block his dunk.

When I watch Bynum play it really doesn't seem like he can jump very high.. He is just incredibly long and can get down the court faster than most centers cause of his long legs. That could be because he doesn't have his legs completely healthy, but idk.

shhh...you werent supposed to notice that

but honestly...Ive seen Bynum go real high for alleyoops that was slightly too high and still put them down.

If you are referring to the LAL/LAC game then yes...he didnt really show much hops...but its just one game

I like the video, and not just because he was demanding the ball and it was crystal clear over the air, but it ended in a Lakers turnover.

I think Oden needs to be saying this to the coach. Like I've said all over the place. We don't have a "Focus" to take it to the post. There are plays to do a isolation post up from a wing player or PG. This won't get it done. You need more than just having Oden or Aldridge trying to fight to get a decent low post position, while the other team's guards are hounding our guards.

I want to see more double screens down low set by Roy or Aldridge, while rotation the ball from one side to the next. Have the entire defense run all over the place. Once you see the Center or PF jocking for position, you already know what the offense is trying to do. Your guards can play that "entry pass" and disrupt that play 7 times out of 10.

I did notice it in the LAL.LAC game but I have noticed it before.. Maybe it was always when he was coming back from his multitude of injuries? :dunno: :devilwink:

Yeah, Drew has lost some of his hop due to his knee injuries. I don't know if it'll come back, but he has shown last year that he doesn't need it. Hopefully the mother fucker can stay healthy. I think everyone knows by now that the dude can produce and be a monster, everyone just wants to know if he can stay healthy.
