    I say Celtics win by 9 pts, with KG getting 15rbs, Pierce 24pts, Rondo 13assts and Perk 3blks.

    Very impressive to go into Cleveland on opening night and beat them on national TV. Cavs only lost twice last year at home. The Celtics ability to shut teams down defensively and execute pick and roll to close out games makes them tough to beat. I enjoyed the back and forth between Pierce and LeBron. When it counted Pierce was the better player on both ends. He drew a charge on LeBron and hit that free throw line jumper after shaking LeBron and Shaq to ice the game.

    Shaq looked bad in this game, hit his first few shots then did jack. Cleveland jumped to a 15 point lead then squandered it.

    I think the East will come down to Magic/Celtics and health.

    Like we said after Shaq was acquired by the Cavs. They still haven't addressed their issues defending pick and roll with him plus they can't speed the game up to take full advantage of LeBron on the wing.

    The lineup Mike Brown had on the floor with Z and Shaq was ridiculous.

    I don't think you can judge Shaq at all by that one game because I think we have one of the only guys in the league that can body him up one on one without getting manhandled.

    Cavs are down by 16 points tonight to the Raptors.

    I agree the Celtics matchup well with the Cavs and most teams won't. However Cleveland struggled last season against the elite teams in the league and last night was an indication it will happen again. They don't have the pieces necessary to get deep in the playoffs. I put them behind both Boston and Orlando.
