If both of those guys got fired............then, to the pleasure of mediocre man and others, Nate got fired....which of these two guys would you want as the Blazers coach....if any?
Scott is the best of the three of them, but none would be my choice. Mike Brown is one of the worst coaches in the league
Who would be your choice? If you had a blank check to go out and get anyone you could to coach this team. Who would be the first name on your list?
I think Del Negro is not liked in Chicago by the management. He's doomed, it's just a matter of when.
And, he might to ok with this team. I wouldn't put him on just any team and expect him to be successful. But with this team completely built and ready to go the distance. He might be ok.
I think Krzyzewski is pretty old and probably wouldn't want to start a new career as an NBA coach. There was talk a few years ago about him becoming Bulls coach, but anything really good happening to the Bulls that costs more than lucking into the #1 pick in the draft is too good to be true.
Brown. I like Scott, but apparently he's had problems with players in the past because he expects them to..well..be responsible?
Popovich of course. Since Nate is obviously so good at rebuilding, and Houston is kinda in that position, I'd trade Nate for Adelman. I think Rick and this team would Roll.
I'd love to see how Monty would do with this team but would be afraid he wouldn't take the job out of loyalty to Nate.
Kevin McHale is available and wants to coach. He did wonders with Kevin Garnett. McHale brings knowledge he learned from Red Auerbach, Bill Fitch, and K.C. Jones.
