Block shots, and is doing it in 24.8 mins per game. http://www.nba.com/statistics/playe...AME&qualified=N&yearsExp=-1&splitDD=All Teams It's nice to see the sky isn't falling.
Just think how much better he will do when he gets 30 minutes a game? Not saying things will double, but I suspect his offense and rebounding will be considerably higher.
It's way too early in the season to know how anything is going to shake out, but I'd like to think that with time and confidence the sky is the limit for Greg.
Well, I will be ecstatic if he averages 14 points, 13 rebounds and 3 blocks per game. And those 14 points, 10 of them are from offensive rebound and stuff at the rim.
The way it looks so far Greg may be best suited to be a garbage scorer this season. My only fear is two years from now is that he becomes lazy and start thinking he should be jacking up three's.
Or you could go even further. Our Centers are averaging 16 boards, 5 blocks and 18 points. Not too shabby.
And what's crazy is it's actually happened. When I saw Miller and Blake on the floor together, I was like "WTF?!?!?!?!"
So what? As long as we outrebound the opponent convincingly, I have no problem with him leaking out -- I wish we'd look to make outlet passes to him more often though...
