    We don't get to hear what is said in practices, halftime in the locker room, in huddles, how Nate balances egos, inspires to get the most of out of his players, to get them to play as a team. We see very little of Nate's coaching and yet, so many in here like to criticize something they know nothing about.

    When Webster had that big quarter vs Utah, it was ol Jarrett Jack who was looking for him. Webs got open a few minutes ago but Blake missed him.
