I'm not sure how or why the Chicago Bulls official site reported this news, but I've heard from a few people LeBron could end up a Laker.
In addition to all the other problems with this idea, we've got a target on our backs, there's no way I see people facilitating this move for us.
I agree 200%. Reasons why this won't happen: 1. A team with both Kobe and LeBron just cant happen. There isnt enough basketballs for the both of them, let alone the triangle offense. 2. I dont think LeBron is suited for a team like the Lakers that actually emphasize execution w/ their plays. The Lakers wont stoop down to the level of just giving the ball to LeBron and let him call every play. Even Kobe doesn't do that (he did in 04-05), only in the clutch. 3. I think whoever will succeed Kobe will come from the draft (a rookie maybe) and will have the same position or characteristics he has (big all-around type 2-guard) 4. I dont think LeBron will be that effective without the ball in his hands as much... 5.Erm... It just can't happen LOL *Note: I prefer Brandon Roy though over LeBron
Sam Smith's trade proposals are basically worthless. No shit. Who the hell wouldn't love to have LeBron on their team?
your point #2 is bunk....Thats Mr. Potato Head's offense, not Lebrons choice.....aka: the same offense Kobe ran 4 years ago cause his teammates sucked
lol... Why even post this crap? The Lakers would love love love to have Lebron.... no duh, but it's just some dumbass making up stuff... That could be said of any team of the league, especially at a contract that Lebron (or any other top 20 player) won't sign at 5 mill per year.
As most guys said before, I think that Mayo has a more probable chance of replacing Kobe in the future since he has ties to LA. Although, even that is unlikely.
Roy or Mayo? Kiddin' All i wanted to say that i think that a team (in the NBA) could never have Kobe and LeBron at the same time. Just my opinion though.
