Re: Let the playoffs begin! Us Piston fans all understand that the regular season is just a warm up for the postseason. The team looks poised for another championship run. We start vs. The Bucks this weekend, a series that we should sweep, or it will be 5 games.Who is ready for the playoffs!?!?
Re: Let the playoffs begin! Heheh, Wizards sweep the Pistons in regular season. It was a nice and intense series though, except for the last game where you had to play your bench 40 minutes or so. Good luck in the playoffs, and beat Milwaukee.
Re: Let the playoffs begin! Should be a walk in the park.Chauncey Billups is to strong for either TJ Ford or Maurice Williams to guard him. Also who is going to guard Rasheed? Nobody on the Bucks roster can guard Sheeds inside-outside ability.
Re: Let the playoffs begin! Wake me when the Finals start. Cuz, the Pistons can pretty much cruise through the east.
Re: Let the playoffs begin! lol you guys should stop thinking like taht - you never know what could happen

Re: Let the playoffs begin! yeah the first 2 rounds of the playoffs are pretty pointless this year. The pistons will win each series in either a sweep or 5 games. The pistons will also breeze through the east finals. This should be a relativly easy run to the finals and to the 'ship since the west is so strong that any team coming out will be tired
Re: Let the playoffs begin! I don't think the Heat are going to be able to come into Detroit and upset us if that is the case. Last night the Bulls almost won on their home floor, not a good sign.
Re: Let the playoffs begin! Bucks...not going to be a problemCav/Wiz...containing Lebron/Arenas is the only concern, but i am sure we will have no problems of that, and if so, then just contain the rest of the teamHeat...sorry but i cant see them posing a threat..Shaq and Wade cant do it allPacers/NJ...again just not enough options for either team to go to once the Lockdown starts...West...we'll we will see, wont we?
Re: Let the playoffs begin! trust me, nothing is going to be handed to them...there are going to be some real nail biters forthcoming
Re: Let the playoffs begin! i know, i know. im usually the one not liking to just say stuff like that...but it should be true. its expected...Miami will not be no 7-game series...maybe 5 or 6 but we can get past them. im not saying it will be easy, but it wont be as hard as last year-and that game 7 wasnt hard...
Re: Let the playoffs begin! i agree with you miami wont be a seven game series, but the cavs could be....and i am highly doubtful any west coast team is gonna push us to 7 games either
Re: Let the playoffs begin! Pistons will beat Bucks in 4 or 5then they will beat Cavs in 5 or 6then they will get the Heat in 5, 6, or 7in Finals, i think that the Kings will wear down the Spurs 5 games but tough series. while the Mavs get the Grizz in 5 or 6 and then the Mavs will beat the Suns in 6 or 7 while the Clippers (who i predict will beat the Nuggets in 7) wear down the spurs even more as they push it to 6 games so then the Mavs could have some energy to beat the Spurs in 6to meet the FRESH Pistons (according to predictions could only have to play 14-18 games) while the Mavs would have played 17-19 games...hopefully my plan well, goes to plan! Muwahahahaha! *in evil scientist voice* lol
