If you had the same availability to the food and you knew you would get enough proteins and vitamins, would you be a vegetarian? Let's assume nobody else in the world cares what you do and will not think of you differently in a good or bad light. Let's also assume bacon didn't taste like candy, i mean really how can you turn down sweet sweet bacon!?!

I was a vegetarian for a while. For a while, I didn't feel good after eating meat. It took a few years, but that changed. Today, I like the taste and texture of meat. It has nothing to do with health.

I don't need steak or burgers or any of that junk. I do need sushi though.

I think most doctors will tell you that a vegetarian diet is the healthiest. It's just a struggle to get enough protein to satisfy your hunger. You'd be eating a lot of beans and that sort of thing.

I know my body really feels it when I follow a strict diet that's heavy on vegetables.

I've been on a diet for a couple of months now, and it's been a very simple one. I look at the nutrition information on the packaging of something I might eat, and if it's more than 25% calories from fat, I won't eat it. My fast food has come from two places: Subway and Kentucky grilled chicken. The result? I've lost 12-15 pounds and lowered my cholesterol by 30%. I have cheated twice and ate pizza from one of the better pizza places near here, but no diet is fun if you can't cheat once in a while.

For meat, I eat fish, chicken, turkey, and lean pork.

As long as it's not gone stale, not hidden under a whale, then that's hard to go wrong with.
