FYI, our young stud Andrew Bynum is currently averaging 20 ppg, 10.6 rpg, 2.2 apg, and 1.2 bpg. Shooting 54.9% from the field (could be higher) and a whopping 75.9% from the free throw line. :NOTMARIS:

All this is not factoring in the 26 points (72% FG), 15 rebounds, and 3 blocked shots he had tonight, so technically the numbers should be higher.

When Pau returns, if Drew can stay healthy, we'll have to bigs who can give us 20/10 on nightly basis, not to mention LO. OMG :NOTMARIS:

When Pau returns, his scoring numbers will obviously dip, as he's going to get less touches. I think he can keep the rebounding numbers up, and maybe even improve them. I also want to see that block average closer to 2 per game. Regardless, he's off to a great start this year and looks like an All Star.

Yeah I really like how strong he has started off this year. Let's hope he continues to play at such a high level.

My main hope for him is staying healthy. I want this high level of play to sustain, obviously, but I mainly want to make sure he stays on the court this year.

With the talent on the Lakers, and Phil's slight hate for Bynum, his scoring numbers will dip.

I think with Yao out, he is the best center in the West.

He probably won't start because he isn't the biggest name out there yet, a guy like Dirk, Duncan or Amare will probably slide to C spot.

Time to go into the Blazers forum and compare him to Oden.

Oden ain't go shit on 'Drew. Too bad there are still delusional fans in there that think Oden is better than him, just because of the huge hype that surrounded him in HS and at OSU.

I want Drew to get heavy minutes and keep Pau fresh.

Andrew is getting all those touches and Kobe is still going to the post a lot. I want to see that maintained in the offense, Pau will need to work with this new Kobe a bit.

I should start a thread that has a title of "Oden > Bynum". And then for my first post be like, "JK, Bynum pwns Oden. 'Nuff said, overreacting newbs."
