Not true. A few of the shots were open shots and the other shots were situations in which he was given the ball and asked to score.
IMO, this is because Outlaw has peaked, and Oden is developing. Ripping on a guy that is obviously developing is almost mean. Outlaw, on the other hand, has peaked, and he thinks he's MJ. But he's not.
Oh I'm talking about over the loudspeakers. But congrats on showing him Flair lol everyone needs to know about him. Although I will admit my childhood hero was Bret Hart.
Oh crap, he was playing basketball? I must've been on the wrong channel. I thought he was trying out for the shot put.
That's so true. Anyone that just compare their stats either only can view the boxscore and not watch the game or doesn't understand the game very well.
peaked at age 24? Hardly. And he's never said he thinks he's MJ. The coaching staff wants him to go out there and score. He is given the ball and is asked to score. Three games ago, he scored 19 points in 19 minutes. Tonight, his shot isn't falling, but he's found a way to score THREE easy baskets. One was a layup. One was a steal that led to a teammate's layup. And another was a put back to give his team momentum heading into halftime. Even when things aren't going well shooting-wise, he is finding ways to help his team.
introduced the man that was the best there is, the best there was, the best there ever will be to him last semester lol i crien when owen died when i was 10
Who asked him to score? Blake? Miller? I doubt McMillan is like, "Travis as soon as you get the ball, jack up a shot. AS SOON AS YOU GET THE BALL YOU BETTER SHOOT IT OR ELSE!"
You never know - Nate could have Travis wearing a custom made jock with electric shock devices implemented as a threat if he doesn't shoot it. Anything is possible.
Can we plase drop the whole ridiculous Oden vs. Outlaw crap? This is the Blazers vs. Hornets game thread. At the very least move it to PM or start another thread. BNM
To be fair, I saw both Miller and Blake pointing to the basket and screaming shoot at the top of their lungs. I think the bench was into it too and the Blazer fans in the arena held up signs begging Outlaw to shoot the nanosecond he touched the ball.
