    Any team that lets Marcus Thornton score 20 pts and allows rookie Darren Collison to drive the lane at will is not an elite team.

    Fundamental lack of understanding of the game.

    It's like saying good teams shouldn't have to score to win. Just because it worked for the Spurs all those years doesn't mean it is true. Scoring is a necessary component, by and large, and so is "helping opposing players find time for other interests."
