Do you think it is okay for children to drink alcohol under their parents' permission.Debate. :beerchug: I will get into it later on.
That's different. Alcohol has no adverse side affects if it's used appropriately and responsibly, fast food is always bad for you.
It's stupid. The whole point of being a teen and drinking is sneaking to get some and trying to hide the fact that you are drunk.
I felt that yours was stupid, because the point of drinking is not sneaking it and trying not to get caught.
You are, but it was immature and not really what we were discussing. If you just like to do things because you're not allowed to and the thrill of trying not to get caught is fun for you, then you can apply that logic to anything and it really isn't relevant here. You might as well just smoke crack, I'm sure your parents wouldn't appreciate that either.
How was it immature? I was stating a fact that has happened to almost every teen unless your parents actully buy you booze which is stupid..and I'm sure it applies since it's about drinking?Wow, you have a comment for everything tho and I have respect for Tony so I'm not gonna say anything else other then your egos way to high.
It's stupid because you said the point of drinking was to try not to get caught, not to actually drink alcohol.Yes, "my egos way to high."
lmao...keep going you too...love the fights over the internet...anyways...everyone at my school drinks and they never get caught, tho i dont think their parents know? haha...i guess its alrite...as long as ya dont get caught...haha
That's the thing though, parents make it seem like such a bad thing so obviously their children will rebel and want to do it. If you educate your kids on it then it's not such a big deal, Universe pretty much proved my point with his first statement.
Drinking is the high school experienceDrinking is a personal choice. Some do it for rebelion, some have an addiction, some get pressured to drink, and some for social. But as for the topic, is it ok for people to drink underage? Yes

Underage drinking is dangerous. Not only are you phyiscally not able to handle it (especially large amounts) but you are mentally not capable of making rational thoughts without the booze, let alone with it.If a teenager drinks he is very likely to over do it or get in his car. Both are very dangerous.

Look at all the grandparents and parents, they drank when they were younger, for a majority of people it's a fun little phase and nothing more.
