Put it this way, I actually got excited when I found a condo 2 bedrooms (both with full bath), and a family room, for purchase at 350K. It hasn't sold for 4 months....so I can probably bargain it down. The neighbor next door is my mom's friend (coincidence). Original price for these condos were 630K.
If it's only $350K it's probably a short sell or bank owned. They price it low to attract buyers to outbid one another, but it doesn't guarantee the bank will agree to sell at the reduced price. There's quite a few in Northpark for sale. I think you'd like Watermark those are going for reduced prices. I hate AI and personally wouldn't mind him retiring. I don't know how well this would work for them. He's not a shooter, and that's what D'Antoni's system generally needs. We'll see though. If this happens, at least D'Antoni will get to bench Duhon finally.
Yea, I can't see Iverson fitting in well in that system. He's such a poor outside shooter, and that doesn't usually work well in D'Antoni's system. I wonder if he morphs it at all to try and fit AI in a little better? Of course this all assumes they sign him.
Just read 2 articles... 1. NY's chances of signing AI at high 90s 2. NY has no interested in signing AI at this time. lol
Ric Bucher just reported on Sportscenter that AI won't be signing with the Knicks. So general logic would make you think that AI is probably going to be a Knick by days end.
