OT - City of Oakland Can't Collect from Oracle Arena

    Does Cohan actually own the Oracle Arena property? I'm not exactly sure what those surcharges are, but it sounds like there are serious cash flow issues for the team.

    Could explain the fire sale they are having with their players.

    Oakland - Alameda County owns the property, but this is business as usual for Cohan. The county will have to sue Cohan to collect. I doubt it has anything to do with cash flow.

    Is this Oracle's problem or the Warriors? I guess I don't completely understand it.

    But if it is Cohan's problem then that isn't much of a surprise. He has had very recent financial problems, I think stuff with the IRS. I think he may be having trouble being the owner of the Warriors for long. But then again that is just basing it off this news and I think news from earlier this year or late last year.
