Oakland - Alameda County owns the property, but this is business as usual for Cohan. The county will have to sue Cohan to collect. I doubt it has anything to do with cash flow.
Is this Oracle's problem or the Warriors? I guess I don't completely understand it. But if it is Cohan's problem then that isn't much of a surprise. He has had very recent financial problems, I think stuff with the IRS. I think he may be having trouble being the owner of the Warriors for long. But then again that is just basing it off this news and I think news from earlier this year or late last year.
