He's fouling too much. Beyond that, he's still not doing any worse than Dwight Howard did at the same experience level. So, yes, he needs to fix the foul rate. Other than that, his play is perfectly consistent with the talent level he was said to have when drafted.

I think G.O. is doing just fine. He completely disrupts the opponent's inside game which is what I expect from him.

He's the best shot blocker in the league per minute. He's 4th in the NBA in fg%. I'd say he's doing exactly what we hired him to do and he's doing it at an outstanding rate.
