A co-worker is taking my tickets for tonight. She has a baby she wanted to bring. They don't care if you have a young one with you right? Anyone know the age when you have to start buying tickets for the kids? Thanks for any help! And Go Blazers!
if a child has had their second birthday, then a ticket is required http://www.nba.com/blazers/news/faqs.html
You can always lie saying your 2 year old hasn't had a birthday yet. I always did that when I took my 3 year old son places, told the people that he was 2 and he got in free.
just be sure she brings something to cover the kid's ears, the music they play is way too loud for a baby.
Actually, what I found was most disturbing when my wife and I brought our newborn was that the sudden clapping and shouting would wake her up. The music - since it all tends to be about the same volume - wasn't a problem. Weird, but who can figure babies out.
My wife gave birth to our baby in the Rose Garden, during the 4th quarter of a Lakers game. Right from the start, he hated the Lakers and loved the Blazers, so I think it is ok, even though it was sort of distracting at the time. I almost missed a couple of key plays because she kept screaming and digging her fingernails into my arm. She spilled my beer, too, and I had to go get a new one. Oh, of course I meant my imaginary wife, and imaginary baby. Otherwise, though, the story is absolutely as I've told it. barfo
Hey, I left a rock concert in Southern California to get married that evening. True story. Cost about a hundred dollars, including license and VCR tape, and I still have the pencil with the wedding chapel's little ad lettered onto it. No guests. Went back to the 3-day concert and they had cancelled the 3rd day.
