Blame has to be on Pritchard... he amazingly made us worse.

But now you're clamoring for Rudy Gay for the sake of a trade, and I ask why is that? Wouldn't you prefer a better option that would improve the team, rather than muddy things even more?

I will agree with you in that I think KP's competence comes from player evaluation, finding and drafting. That's it. Or that's all he has shown me he can do. He has been incompetent in many other areas of the job. And you say you think he needs to deal? I don't think it's going to happen. He is in over his head in trade negotations and closing them.

A Rudy Gay who will be an unrestricted free agent this summer. Talk about a horrible move.

Typo, that's what I meant. My bad, since I do know Gay wasn't extended this summer. Still a horrible move when other teams can dictate what the Blazers will pay for a Travis Outlaw clone.

Well it's more a horrible move because he already shoots 16 times a game (more than LaMarcus this season), he won't get those shots or numbers here, and as a young guy looking to get his first big contract this next summer it'd be a monumental failure.

You don't trade just for the sake of making a trade.

    You lose again Mixum.

I heard the rumors about trades for these guys, too. On what basis do you say those players were on the table for RLEC?

Trade Miller for Minny's pick (Rubio) and and a couple of their players that have expiring or near-expiring contracts and call it a day.

on miller shooting a lot, i really wish i had been keeping track of how many clock beaters per game he has had to throw up from people tossing the ball out to him with 1 second left on the clock. the issue for him is he can't actually hit the backboard from downtown, but a lot of those are just piss poor outlet dumps... our guys should know by now they are better off taking the shot than giving it to him.

at least when it ends up in, oh, anyone not named miller's hands, you have a shot at some points, occasionally...

I thought he was running the offense? Doesn't this hypothetical negative fall on Miller?

some of the blame could be on him for passing into a man inside that doesn't have a clear shot, but i swear it seems 2 or 3 times a game someone just gives up and throws it back outside with not enough time left to do anything with it.

happened to blake against detroit at the end of the game, and our section was screaming NOOOOO (luckily he made the shot).

i think a lot of our guys are used to having someone on the perimeter than can actually hit a three, and have simply refused to adjust to millers particular... talent set.

I'm guessing I was supposed to take this post seriously. If so, then what?

Is it sad that I can read the thread title and know who the topic starter is without even looking?
