ZBo has never stopped hustling. Hustling was and always has been his strength. You don't grab 10 rebounds a game without working hard. Remember how in love people fell with ZBo in 03 because he was actually playing in the paint, which is what people wanted Sheed to do? ZBo was everything people wanted and his insertion to the starting lineup had us winning three straight playoff games before succumbing to Dallas in Game 7. Somewhere along the way, people decided to hate Zach. I don't believe his game changed.
You want to see the new guy come in and take advantage of his PT, and Dante showed some hustle out there. Gave us an extra possession with the offensive board. He provided some good energy.
He's grabbed a couple boards, bricked a shot, and turned the ball over. Sure, he might turn out to be a good player but you don't think you're overreacting to a few minutes of basketball? Travis could do the same thing and you'd be hating on him.
You forgot the steal. Besides, cut the guy some slack, he's a rookie seeing his first major minutes of the season.
No doubt but I always see this with new guys and a couple years later, the same people who loved them are hatin on them.
I think you're being a bit too literal. I don't think Sebastian Express literally fell in love with Cunningham (though, of course, I am not privy to the sentiments of her heart)...I think she was just expressing happiness at seeing the young guy who hasn't played much come in and do some nice things. Lots of people expressed happiness when a rookie or second-year Outlaw came in and got some hustle points/rebounds.
