Updated the list as New Zealand, Nigeria, and Cameroon have qualified.

Here are the matches for Wednesday to settle the remaining qualifying spots:
CAF - Algeria v. Egypt - The two are tied in all six tie-breaker categories, so there is a winner take all match in the Sudan.

    UEFA:
Portugal v. Bosnia and Herzegovina - Portugal is up 1-0 after their home leg. Bosnia has only lost once at home during qualifying, a 5-2 defeat delivered by Spain.
France v. Ireland - The Irish will need a major upset after dropping their home leg 1-0. Lassana Diarra provided some fuel for the fire as he proclaimed the series over.
Russia v. Slovenia - Slovenia was the only losing road team to score in a 2-1 defeat on Saturday. Its tough to bet against Russia, but the Slovenians have a legitimate shot here if they can score one and defend.
Ukraine v. Greece - After a 0-0 snoozefest in Greece, the Ukrainians will be going for goal on Wednesday.

    COMEBOL/CONCACAF:
Uruguay v. Costa Rica - It doesn't look too good for the Costa Ricans after they dropped a 1-0 result in Saprissa. If they can't beat Uruguay in Saprissa, I don't think they'll be winning in Uruguay.

    Chutney MON-STRAWRRR!!1!

I don't think my opinion of a player has ever fallen so dramatically. Unintentional, my ass. His hand controlled the ball towards his right foot.

In the words of someone else somewhere else, don't blame Henry, blame the linesman who didn't call him offside and the ref (and the linesman again) for missing both hand balls.

A Player of his caliber and prestigous should not resort to playing the ball with his hand in that blatant of a sequence regardless of the refs fault

Anything the ref doesn't call is legal guys :) I wish they would just replay this game, or do something because Ireland was completely robbed here. In an event so big, you can't have a team being knocked out by such a BS no-call.

They are having a meeting a day before they make the next draw so there won't be a replay. Possible ban for Henry, though.

How can you ban a player for a missed call by a ref? That's ridiculous. It was either replay, or live with the mistake IMO.

    Cheating is cheating.

If you were to steal something from a shop right on front of a police officer, yet they look at the CCTV footage later on and find solid evidence, will the criminal be free because the cop didn't make the arrest? No. It's no different.

No, the thief would be a criminal but that is a completely different analogy. Something that goes on the field that isn't called during the game is perfectly legal. If anything, this should bring into play a flaw that FIFA does have that not having any kind of replay system does hurt them. If it wasn't for the big screen replays of Zindane headbutting that Italian defender, nothing would of happened because that was the way the side ref saw what happened. Replay just sounds silly for soccer in a way though, which is why they should just live with this and move on if they aren't going to replay this game.
