http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/europe/8378745.stm This makes Song the third to sign a long-term contract in the past week. Watt and Eduardo also put pen to paper earlier in the week.
I'm kind of indifferent to Watt but Song is a very good young player who will continue to improve. I have high hopes for him. I think in the next couple of years he will be one of the best defensive midfielders in the Premiership. Obviously inking Eduardo was a necessity as well.
Yeah, I feel like Eduardo has sort of fallen out of favor with Wenger. His finishing since Spurs really hasn't been on-par to his usual self. Hopefully he'll sort himself out. Watt hasn't really been the special to me, either. I have been keeping my eye on Merida, Emmanuel-Thomas and Barazite who look like they'll be great players in the future.
