That Suns team that started 0-13 made the playoffs. Maybe the Nets will rally too? Why isn't Devin Harris starting?
Wow, that game was so boring. Besides Oden, Rudy and Dante's effort, was anyone else even trying? I don't know if it's me, but even with Roy's games of 20+ points, I still haven't seen the focus and intensity he was bringing last year.... (maybe its just me though, too critical)
No, I'm not 100% sure Oden is consistent. It seems that way to me, but it's still early. I guess what I was getting at is that Travis has had 3,4,5 good games in a row before and I don't know anyone except for one poster who would think he's consistent. Unless you consider consistently inconsistent consistent.
They seem to like him. Outside of Sloan, who has been with the same team longer than Frank? How long has Frank been there? Seems like a while. Funny, they said he started his career with 13 straight wins.
Only about 5 players in the league are actually consistent. Most of the league has its good days and its bad days. I would say that's true of all our players. Players like Wade, Kobe, & LeBron. THEY're consistent.
I think many players are consistent. It's just what they are consistent at that's troubling. Besides, I hate LeBron, I'll never admit he's consistent.
I don't think you can say Blake is a better free-throw shooter in the clutch. Blake has missed many clutch free throws. The worst was his, what, 6 he missed in the final 2 minutes against the Clips last year. Much worse than Oden missing the two against Denver. Especially when you consider Blake is a PG, and PG's generally are among the best FT shooters in the league.
Roy has had to make two MAJOR adjustments this season. One- Oden is now a legitimate scoring option and one that we should be milking. Roy has to get used to the fact that he's not necessarily the best option on the floor. Two- Andre Miller. He's dealt with these adjustments and we're 12-5. I'll take it.
LOL. Yes, consistently struggles down the stretch. Blake is the best player on our team, hands down. I mean, Blake is, well, Blake.
