The biggest thing is that Steve Blake had a career year last season. Apparently everybody on the Blazers thought that would be his new standard, but he's crashing back down to earth.

Missing Batum hurts more than people realize. He was our glue guy last season.

And Nate playing ridiculous lineups for long stretches isn't good for the team.

Not when you consider the quality of opposition. 12-7 does not bode well for the second half of December unless the team improves its play dramatically.

i know its not the norm but everyone of my friends think steve blake is either better or as good as miller it blows my fucking mind and makes me pissed when i watch games with them sometimes. people need to realize blake sucks donkey cock! he would be a perfect backup but in my opinion i think bayless is just as good for back up if not better. i liked what he did in the jazz game and its obvious he never forgot how to get to the rim thats for sure.

    It's not rocket science.

    It's Miller.

That is, stuff them in a chest and bury them on a deserted island.

Come on people of RIP CITY....last year our guys who were the youngest team in the league and close to the youngest team in league history PLAYED WAY ABOVE THEIR HEADS AND surprised many in Portland, but really shocked the country with their play. Steve Blake had a career year...can he even come close to playing as well as he did last year...NOT LIKELY...SO FAR NOT AT ALL. So the emergence of Greg Oden and the addition of the Mechanic Andre Miller will go a long way in helping this still the third youngest team in the league to mirror what they did last year....BUT IF COACH NATE KEEPS SPOONFEEDING ODEN WHEN HE GETS A FOUL AND HIS RECENT COMPLETELY ASSININE MOVE OF TAKING ODEN OUT IN THE FIRST QUARTER EVEN IF HE HAS ONLY ONE FOUL IS MIND BOGLING TO ME...WHY!!!!!! EVEN IF HE HAS ALMOST A DOUBLE DOUBLE AND IS KILLING IT DOWN LOW...HE TAKES HIM OUT..WHAT???
WE GO FROM DOMINATION ON OFFENSE AND DEFENSE TO JUST VANILLA GORILLA DEFENSE. AND LASTLY I KEEP BEATING THIS CONCEPT, BUT I WILL KEEP BEATING UNTIL EVERYONE IN PORTLAND ALL THE BLAZERMANIACS ARE DEMANDING THAT ANDRE MILLER START AND PLAY WAY MORE MINUTES...IT SEEMS EVEN BEFORE THE SEASON STARTED EVERY MEDIA GUY IN THE COUNTRY ASSUMED THAT ANDRE MILLLER WOULD BE STARTING. START MILLER NATE!!!
DOES COACH NATE HAVE A TWITTER ACCOUNT???? ANYBODY???? HE NEEDS TO BE INNUNDATED WITH START MILLER TWEETS...I AM OUT

I think Nate will do exactly what you want if you just get your caps lock key fixed. He's a stickler about that. Scrapping, no fouls, and no gratuitous capital letters.
