Yeah I'd love to get rid of Raef if it were at all possible, his contract is just insane and he has like 4 years left. Wally is overpaid too but at least he produces and he doesn't make as much as LaFrentz.
man, why did danny have to trade 'toine for Raef? even tho now that i think about it, i'm glad bc it got us DELONTE! So the real question is, what was Mark Cuban thinking when he gave Raef that contract. I know his knees have slowed him down but still, did he expect him to earn $10 mill+ ??
Yeah it was completely ridiculous, I'm so sick of GMs throwing out massive contracts after a player has one good season. Why did the Cavs sign Larry Hughes to a massive deal when they could have had Joe Johnson for far less? He's younger and has far more potential. Just an example of a player being overpaid after one great year.
I think Joe Johnson wanted to go somewhere where he would be the best player. That's partly why he chose ATL.

When he gets starting minutes he's always put up numbers but injuries and stupidity have kept him down.
Looking at the present salary situation, why would you want to acquire someone like Randolph who will only worsen the salary situation..
That's not too bad considering we have to insane contracts in Raef and Wally aswell as a superstars contract in Pierce. If they could move both Wally and Raef it would be amazing.
