    Roy/Aldridge/Przybilla/Blake

    Oden/Miller/Rudy

That's my guess on these newly formed alliances.

    KP is no chemistry major.

I'd consider the source before taking this claim of 'alliances' too seriously ... I'm not saying it's impossible, but his reports read like People magazine sometimes.

I don't know..... that quote from Oden about Miller being a "breath of fresh air" was pretty telling I think.

I agree 100%. However, did you catch Joel's quote?

"If you have been around here in the past, you can just feel how it's different," center Joel Przybilla said. "There's a frustration ... You can feel it, you can see it in the guys' shoulders. It's like there's a monkey on our back. We're not the type of guys who will yell at each other, or throw things, but we have to find a way to get on the same page. I mean, we know the fans are frustrated, but trust me, we are too. But there isn't a better time for us to have three practices than right now."

I don't think he's talking about just the last 3 games.

When I read about the "alliances" I couldnt help but think, "What the fuck is this? The Survivor show?" IF this is true, this is not good at all.

I'm not too concerned. We're working out the kinks of some new pieces, some new roles and some pieces missing we thought we would have.

    It's a long season.

`All I care about is Oden resigning. If there was even a chance that Roy was going to alienate Oden into not resigning I would trade him. Just like that. Obviously for a star. On the plus side, it somewhat appeared like Roy was taking some responsibility in there:

Suffice to say I'm a tad worried. Hopefully, Roy getting pwned by Wade even getting 25 shots was a reality check for him. Roy needs to never, ever, ever, never, ever, ever, EVER take a summer off EVER again.

Well there has been a point already. With a team meeting with only Nate, Roy, Aldridge and Oden, and nothing in that meeting was public, nor reported said to the team mates. That is proof there is division, even if this was needed.

Man I hate seeing stuff like this. If this is true, that means we don't have a team leader. A team leader would step up and put this in order right away.

Roy has never been a true leader, in my opinion, just a team talker. His alpha dog act wore thin with me long before this season's troubles began, and I assumed it would only be a matter of time before his teammates stopped responding to the incessant yapping. Now that the league has figured out how to defend him, he's back to looking like the borderline all-star that he was all along if not for health issues or up and down play by the likes of Deron Williams, Tony Parker, and Baron Davis.

Thank you for sharing your overly negative opinion on Brandon Roy.

Define "overly" negative... Is it "overly" if this season's play makes the opinion appear more correct than it did last year when the rosy luster hadn't yet worn off?

Roy was never a top-10 player in the league and likely never will be. Deal with it.

When the coach shows obvious favoritism then there will be factions on the team.

Some guys get a short leash while others can suck for whole quarters.

It's not surprising that the factions listed above consist of the guys with a longer leash versus the guys with a shorter leash.

For someone with such strong opinions, I'm surprised you are going to attack a poster here with the "overly negative opinion."

I don't see posters responding to you like that when it comes to your posts about Miller.

Where did I attack the poster? :dunno:

Which posts about Miller? The posts where I say he should be starting? Nice post.

What? Somebody would be pissed when the guy starting ahead of them fracks up for 3 quarters of the game, and they are in for 2 minutes and don't mess up in that time and they can't get no run? No way!

All I know is, if I was Rudy or Bayless, playing behind Blake would be one of the biggest insulting moves the coach could make.
