did you have to lower the 3pt % for the other team as well? I swear I moved them down to 40 on 3's but they still go 13-20 on them. I am also at 9 minute quarters but for some reason the other teams score only 75 against me.. I should maybe lower my stuff even further.. and increase the minutes of the quarter to make it even more realistic I'm stuck
This thread reminds me of when I was 15 playing NBA Live and dropping 100 with Pat Garrity. You could pull up every time down the court and have an 80% chance of hitting a 3. Adjust the sliders and up the difficulty haha.
I've got all the shooting sliders lowered for human and CPU, well, mostly. Not to advertise for another board, but if you go to OperationSports.com, they've got a whole slew of posters that do nothing but make sliders for sports games. Just look for the threads that have tons of posts, those are usually the best ones.
I know. Miller starting? Blake going to the media? Oden being fed the ball on the pick and Roll? Far, FAR too unrealistic for me. I want to see Blake starting and getting 4.5 assists a game, you know like real life. Also, the fact that Roy isn't struggling in 2k10 really detracts from the realism. Kingspeed when you "call for a pick", I assume it's because you selected McMillan on the bench to call the play? It must be hard switching to the coach to call a play and then switching back to the player to do the play.
nice! thanks for the info on that.. I have a hard time with the sliders.. It takes a bunch of games worth of tweaking to get it just right for me. repped.
Dirty! Vince Carter just hit a 3/4 shot at the end of the 3rd to tie it up... problem is it bounced off the rim and hit the shot clock then fell on rim and sat there for a second and went in.... I guess since there was no time on the clock the video game doesn't count out of bounds, lol.
Being that I'm only 19-10 which is good but still challenging to win it all, I'm sticking with my level of difficulty for now. 109 is the most points of scored with only one guy mostly because I never try to do that. I usually play with a more balanced attack.
300 ppg?? I don't think you could that. My best is around 180 ppg. My top scorer, Oden, only averages 33 ppg. It takes about an hour to play each game. It's a lot of work but it makes winning the championship a really big accomplishment. Every year, I try to break the 33 game win streak record but I never get close. I think the longest win streak I've ever had is 10. I have an 8 game one going right now. Last season, I started really slow and then clinched the best record in the league on the last day of the season. I hope to do that again this season. Big games against San Antonio and Denver coming up!
Actually, I think he plays about 35 mpg but I don't remember changing the minutes for him. I guess I did though.
I honestly believe that there are maybe 10 people in the world that would use Greg the way Nate does. 1. Nate 2-10 - The lemmings that think Nate is a good coach.
