what are Celtic fans reaction to this becoming an issue? do you guys think that Wallace is a bad teammate, costing you points and possessions not from being beat on D or causing a turnover, but by disrespecting referees? or do some of you believe that he has garnered an unfavorable reputation and that the refs' are 'out to get him' so to speak?

Ive always thought it was a bit of both, 'Sheed seems to not learn consequences of his behavior and doesn't seem to understand the fact that if you respect your referee they will in turn respect you. It is as if he has not thought about the effect this all ha on the outcome of the game and the feeling hi teammates have. He has also never learnt to let things wash over him, let things go, walk away and be the better for it, 'be the bigger man'. This i something i believe is a very important lesson mot men go through and deal with in their teenage years, the years they develope into a man, wallace has not gone through this process like others. Arrested developement is the term to bet describe this. All in all it is a selfish and immature way to behave.

But on the other hand i sympathise with the man. He has a very unnfortunate reputation that wa not dealt with properly in his days in portland, making him stand out amongst the other players as a 'loose canon'. Referees are prepared for his outbursts and are set to call those technicals before the game even begins. In regards to sheeds inability to let things go, like a call he disagrees with, this is something i personally had to deal with as a player and it was ultimately the reason why i had to leave onw of my previous teams, as i had no control over my in game emotions. but i was young, like 16, 17 years old, not a proffesional veteran nba star who hould know better. but hey, perhaps sheed had a different upbringing to mine. i had a good, strong father figure in the household that taught me everything, perhaps sheed did not, socio-economical status effects these things as an adolescent, sheeds background is obviously short of a few valuable lessons.

no matter his past, sheed needs to control himself now, otherwise, if it becomes a bigger issue, he could run himself out of town.

He's been great so far, probably my favorite after KG, Perk and Rondo.

Only issue is the refs have a target in him, he opens his mouth, gets technical. It's a stupid rule by the league but what can you do, try and complain you get fined.

It could be a problem if he gets 16th sometime in march or april before the playoffs. :(
