Oh how I long for the day of David Stern's fall. His arrogance is off the charts and it will be his undoing.

Well Stern's been doing it for years...so it's either legal or simply OK for the uber rich. Not sure how Donaghy is working it, but I wouldn't bet against him. ;)

Yea I actually want to as well. I want to find out what he says is going on, the onlyl problem though is he is dishonest, and might be lying again just to make money off of folks like you and I. Maybe I'll wait for it to come to the library.

I think that's why I'm more interested in seeing him in the 60 Minutes interview. Anybody can make up some crap and throw it into a book *cough*Sarah Pailin*cough*.

If you are willing to go and get the 60 Minutes Grilling, you can come out the other end looking like an idiot, an asshole, or a somewhat crooked guy trying to expose a massively corrupt organization (and make some coin off books in the process).

That he's even willing to go on the show gives him a lot of credibility in my eyes. Hell, if I were donating both kidneys, my liver, my life savings and my NBA League Pass to orphans, I'd still feel pretty nervous going on that show.

I just think it will be poorly written and after the confirmation about the fixing of the L*ker playoff games, I don't think I really care all that much anymore.

I don't think it will tell me anything I don't already believe.

I am pretty sure NBA refs shave points to cover spreads.

I am absolutely sure there is a star system in the NBA.

I am absolutely sure that the NBA is WAY too dependant on honest officiating. Basketball refs have a tremendous amount of influence on the game.

I felt this way before Donaghy and I will feel that way until some real changes are made to way NBA officials are trained.

I found the interview a lot less interesting than I expected to.

He didn't do much to dispel the notion that he was a lone "rogue" official.

Wow... this interview is very different from the quotes from the book we have seen... and right off it seems they make a point of him to say that he is the only ref that was betting on NBA games that is aware of.

Part 2 was more interesting... about how mob threatend his family if he didn't give them the picks.
