Shut down their run game and I think you guys can beat 'em. You have a better offense and pass defense than the Giants, so if you force the ball into Romo's hands you should be able to outscore them and win.

It was great to see the Giants playing with their characteristic confidence, swagger, and style. They absolutely shut down the Cowboys three-headed running game and created pretty good pressure against Romo (although they could've done better on longer passing downs). They swarmed to the ball and were stingier the closer the Cowboys got to the end zone. Generally, they held their own at the lines and played angry.

That said, they do have to improve in areas if they want to beat the more talented Eagles next week. The passing game needs to be more consistent and execute more precisely. Eli threw off his backfoot a few too many times and missed easy throws. And I counted three drops by Steve Smith that all could have been big gains. I don't blame NY for passing so much, because they were connecting on big plays, but they'll need to be more committed to the run next week. And they'll definitely need to improve their passing D. Witten should have been bumped at the line far more often and Corey Webster did a very mediocre job against Roy Williams, and the overall effort against the pass won't be good enough against Philly's WR's/TE and West Coast offense.

I'm worried about that running game. I hope our troops show up with some fucking effort to stop that shit. If not, Choice and Jones will have a field day.

So far we're 2-0 against the NFC East, I'd like to be 4-0 by season's end. The two wins I wanted coming into the season's were against the G-men and the Cowboys. Get it done, Rivers.

That loss to the Chargers still annoys the hell out of me. It should've been ours and we should be in a three-way tie for the division lead right now.

For fantasy purposes, I need the Ravens to absolutely crush the Packers tonight. It also would help the Giants in their attempts to make the playoffs, too.

Green Bay is walking into this game with two key defensive players out on the IR. CB Al Harris and LB Aaron Kampman. CB Tramon Williams and LB Brad Jones will start respectively. Green Bay signed rookie LB Obiozor to the team from the practice squad. So both teams will be watching those two positions closely. The front seven just started to become very dominate and lost a key component to the 3-4. Without Harris we don't have dual coverage threats anymore. Watch for Woodson to be chaseing Mason around all night.

I'm curious to see how Ladarius Webb plays against Greg Jennings. I can care less how my fantasy team performs as long as the Ravens get the W. The AFC playoff picture is getting tight with Denver back on the right path and the Jaguars under the radar. The Ravens did get some help from the Raiders, who are 2-0 against the AFC North surprisingly.
