Hawks Gunning for Magic

So far this season, the Hawks have established themselves as a team that's moved the East from a Big Three -- Cleveland, Boston, Orlando -- to a Big Four.

But they don't just appear content with that and their 15-6 record.

They're keeping close tabs on what Southeast Division rival Orlando are doing right ahead of them at 17-4.

"Of course," center Al Horford told the Atlanta Journal Constitution. "You have to keep up [with the competition]. I keep up with all the teams, even the bottom teams. It's one of those things that you want to keep that edge and you want to get to Orlando, maybe try to get ahead of them. It's important being at the top, no matter how early it is."

Coach Mike Woodson added this: "I think we need to start trying to get a win streak going. That's what's important when you're trying to stay at the top and not let Orlando get too far away."
