They aren't a sh*t defense anymore. And they do not have 3 good defensive players. Raja, Kurt, Marion, Diaw, Jones(yes, he can play D) are good and the other bench players have been doing alright. They definetly aren't sh*t. The only bad defender on the team is Nash. They aren't really a good defense yet but with a healthy team they are at least average, no sh*t anymore.BTW, I'm not saying their defense is better than the Mavs. Just saying that it isn't the crappy defense people think it is.

He's probably in his room, crying his poor heart out, looking back on all the fond memories he has had WITH Dirk.Thats why he hasnt been posting here since Nash was announced MVP.

Not me. Colangelo went to Toronto anyway, didn't he?</div>DPOY should have been AK-47 or Gerald Wallace.Mike Miller is a great pick.Boris Diaw was the leading candidate, but I also like David West and Maybe some Kevin Martin for that award.Exec of the year? Isaiah. For providing some much needed comic relief throughout the season for this weary Kings fan. But really, it should have gone to the Hornets GM, because no one thought they would win 40 this year. It also could have gone to the Wizards GM, because they were just as good with out Hughes.

And the Hornets GM for executive of the year? What? They drafted Chris Paul, but that was easy, he was the best choice at the 4th pick. Besides that he's done nothing.

Wallace lead the NBA in steals this season. He also averaged over 2 blocks per game as a Small Forward.

What does steals have to do with playing good defense anyway? I guess AI is a top notch defender for getting lots of steals.I agree the guy is a defensive stud but he is not a top candidate for DPOY.

If you've ever seen Gerald Wallace, you'd know he's an excellent defender. The steals and blocks just added on to it.

That list looks right to me, except for Wallace being DPOY. I would have liked Shawn Marion or Andrei Kirilenko to win the award.

CB4AllStar, Wallace is a great defender. He can defend in the post and on the perimeter. Steals and blocks have alot to do with defense BTW.Ben Wallace is a good pick for DPOY. Maybe not the best pick but in an open race for the award picking him isn't exactly a bad pick.
