I think these are some pretty good ideas.

Moving around to various camps would be entertaining, but the one issue is some of the guys would be from that camp, that could create some akward training if they allow the other guys at the camp to train with them or the coach may show favoritism or show the fighters nothing as he would view them as future competition for his fighters.

Not too sold on the competitions as it give it a Survivor feel, they'd have to find relavant competitions instead of silly ones like they had in Season 1 and 2.

I like the live quarter finals, although I could see Dana nixing it as he would be fearful of injuries ruining the finals.

I do agree though TUF has become stale and anti-climatic, they need to figure out a way to entice better talent onto the show. Paying them may be the way to go.

I think they need to stop doing so many. The talent pool is running dry.

They've had ten seasons in five years. That's 10*16=160 fighters.

Eventually they'll have to do women, I think.

Well the biggest problem is the more talented non-UFC guys can make more money and stay active by fighting in other orgs and would rather not give up the freedom or the pay to go on the show. If they can beat up some lesser talents and get paid and still get a chance in the UFC, the better prospects are going that route.

I think they need to pay the guys to go on there and stop acting like it's the fighters only shot at making the UFC.

There are so many things that can change to make this show better but the fact is this is a cost effective way to make money. At the end of the day the UFC doesn't really care if the winners make it big time. I mean look at a how Kendall Grove, Ed Herman(didn't win but got a contract at the finale), and Mac Danzig have fallen off the map.

They already have these issues. McSweeney from this season had been training with Rashad prior to TUF. There's a lot of overlap in the sport already I don't think it's a big deal.

I agree with Chocolove a lot of these suggestions would improve the show it might be cost prohibiting for them to travel around.

What I'd like to see is more diversity in the house in terms of weight class. Instead of all heavy weights mix it up with some lightweights and middle weights etc.

they have alternated between having 2 weight classes and having just one. To have more than 2 weight classes, you'd have to have more fighters on the show/in the house as having just 4 fighters in one weight class would make it a short road to winning the contract.

I know, but I think travelling to the actual training camps would show an even larger bias than training at the UFC center.

they gotta get out of the states. do shows in brazil or japan or holland or something. I know most UFC fans probably won't like the idea of subtitles but as far as I am concerned the drama doesn't mean shit, I just want to see good talent.

What I would love to see, but would never happen, is to have top contenders compete on the show. Similiar to what they do in Japan with their various tournaments, have a tournament - via The Ultimate Fighter - with the winner of the show getting a title shot. You'd never get guys to agree to do it, but as a fan that would be awesome to see.

There are plans to have Non-U.S. based TUF's but it will be aired in Europe or Asia rather then the states I believe.. which sux cause I'd watch it.
