Once again, another redo draft. I will post my top 15 picks. Here goes:#1-Shawn Marion-Chicago Bulls-I might have picked Brand but the Bulls already did pick him and they didnt hold onto him for long. Marion is a freak, whether its the athletic dunks, stellar defense, nice range, posting up. The guy can do everything. He would be a great piece to build around for the Bulls#2-Andrei Kirilenko-Vancouver Grizzlies-He would fit in very well with the Grizzlies depth team. He scores when he can but he isnt a ball hog, he is a good shooter, even better defender, goot stealer, maybe a top 3 shotblocker, rebounder, passer. The guy can do pretty much everything and he is a team guy too.#3-Elton Brand-Charlotte Hornets-Big men is basically what the current Hornets squad is in need for. The guy is the most consistent guy in basketball, he brings everything to the court every day, he defends the psot well, he is great at posting up, a pretty good shooterm, very good shotblocker and rebounder.#4-Richard Hamilton-LA Clippers-He is so good without the ball, he is an energy guy, he plays hard, he tries on defense and he is maybe the best shooter, both mid range and long range in the NBA.#5-Ron Artest-Toronto Raptors-Yeah, Yeah the guy is a headcase but come on, how could anyone pass this guy up? He is the best perimeter defender in the League, still very young, great shooter, he is a bull, he can take it inside at will, pass the ball when he needs to, be conservate with the ball when he needs to, and if you look at it SF is the position we need most right now.#6-Steve Francis-Yeah, Yeah maybe he could be considered a scrub right now but the thing is, Franchise has star power in him. KG isnt the type of guy who can carry you to 6 straight rings, Stevie could help him with the leadership role a bit, he is a solid shooter and so explosive it ain't even funny. He would go along well with KG as long as he gave him his looks.#7-Lamar Odom-Washington Wizards-Lamar is so talented, even if he can get distracted, Gilbert Arenas sometimes likes to play a SG role so Lamar could bring the ball up the court sometimes, he is a great ball handler, lots of range, good passer, and he can get inside. He would be good in DC.#8-Baron Davis-Cleveland Cavaliers-Lets get real, the Cavs number one goal right now is to get a PG. This guy is that pg. He isnt too selfish, he is a great passer. Usually at the top of the League in apg. He brings a flashy style, something that could create sparks going along with Lebron James, he can drive it, something Lebron also can do. He would fit well with the Cavs.#9-Corey Maggette-Phoenix Suns-He would fit in well with Nash's run N gun style. He is athletic so he could finish with a lot of dunks. He also makes high percentage shots, he likes to drive it. Something the Suns would benefit from, he is a good defender (there ya go, Suns fans) and he has improved his range, shooting is something the Suns need to be able to do. This guy can do it, soo...#10-Andre Miller-THe Hawks really need a true pg right now, this guy has great court vision and he attacks very well. He would be a good fit in Birdland.#11-Manu Ginobili-Manu is a good driver, he drives all over people, he loves to attack, also an aggressive defender and he plays SG which is something the Cavs need. He would fit in well with the Cavs offense.#12-James Posey-Toronto Raptors-Sorry to Jason Terry for passing on him too long, but come on. I dont want another shoot first point guard on my team (cough Mike James cough). This guy is an excellent role player, maybe the best role player in basketball. Great shooter and defender and he has good court awareness.#13-Jason Terry-Seattle Sonics-The Sonics are a shooting team who depends on offense, well guess what, here's a boost to that philosophy. Terry is an energy guy, he is so quick, he is good at steals and he is an excellent marksmen, great shooter in other words.#14-Wally Sczerbiak-Minnesota Timberwolves-Welcome back Wally, lol. This guy is just a great offensifve player, great shooter and he can use that step fake for an open mid range shot. He will get you 20 ppg. He is a good guy to have.#15-Kenny Thomas-New York Knicks-The one thing the Knicks need is some defense, this guy is a good defensive player. The Knicks could use him. Isiah, just dont sign him to a 50 million contract and you would be fine with this guy. Thanks everyone, im done making these Redo's for today.
Elton Brand deserves the 1st pick. He's the best player in this class. and Baron Davis should switch places with Franchise.
I agree that Brand should be #1. he has quitly been a really good player for years, and is just getting the recognition this season. I'd also drop Kirilenko down a few spots, and move Francis and Ginobili up some.
He was originally drafted by Chicago though and he was only there for a short time so I just went ahead with Shawn Marion. Maybe they could have held on to him.You may be right about Baron Davis though.
well, chicago should have picked brand and kept him. but really, they messed up big time by trading away Brand. They traded him for the rights to Tyson Chanlder if i remember right (could've been for Eddy Curry).
it was Chandler and Brian Skinner. and that trade right there is the greatest move in the history of the Clippers franchise.
Gino at 11 is too low. I think he's a very underrated player.1. Elton Brand2. Shawn Marion3. Manu Ginobili4. Ron Artest5. Andrei Kirlienko6. Rip Hamilton7. Lamar Odom8. Jason Terry9. Wally Scierbiak10. Corey Maggete11. Baron Davis12. Andre Miller13. Steve Francis14. Jeff Foster15. James PoseyFrancis is the biggest cancer currently in the league. The only reason I even have him above Posey and Foster is because he would maybe be an ok choice if I was an expansion team. Good trade bait as well. Baron Davis is way too injury prone for me to put higher. I probably would pick Ron Artest first overall if it weren't for him being such an idiot. He is an amazing player on the court thuogh.
Ginobili ahead of Artest, Kirilenko, Hamilton and others is a complete joke. He isnt underrated, he is overrated by people like you.
Im bored so Ill do a draft.1-Brand2-Marion3-Francis(dispite his current situation he has always been a solid player)4-Hamilton5-Ginobili6-Artest7-Davis8-Kirilenko9-Miller10-Odom11-Sczerzbiak12-Maggetti13-Terry14-Giricek15-Nailon16-MacCollouch17-Foster18-George19-Thomas20-Padgett21-Jones22-Ruffin23-Elson24-Buford25-Posey26-Avery27-58-who gives a sh*t?

Wally is a one-time all-star and a 20 ppg scorer. He's also shooting 50% over his career.
On the Raptors I meant, Id rather have an unselfish guy who can do everything (score, pass, shoot, play defense, rebound). He may be the best role player in the NBA.
Why? I did that because the Grizz have Pau Gasol and the Bulls already passed up on Brand before anyway so I went with someone else for them.
