    I don't think EA actually makes games, they just market them.

    I know a lot of EA's stuff is made by studios they don't own. My brother works for budcat games they made a ps2 version of guitar hero for EA. EA has also bought a lot of small game developers so I guess they do make a lot of games in that sense.
