i'd take redd. obviously both can shoot, but redd has more range and is the better athlete. hamilton does have a ring and is on his way to another one, but i think redd is the more talented player

Rip is a winner, he is quicker, and he is better on the defensive end. I'm not picking this as a homer, but I like Rip better by a ton. Redd is still good, beyond the arc, but Rip gets my vote.

I would say that Rip has shot the ball better than Redd this year. Redd takes a ton of 3 pointers, Rip doesnt, but Rip hits them efficiently. He shoots near 50% which is just amazing for a guard. He is the better defender too. So Id go with him.

Michael Redd easily. He can create his own shot. He doesn't need a bizillion screens to do it. He has more range and is overall a better scorer. Redd deserved the all-star spot over Rip.
