He played 8 minutes in the first quarter, and will likely be limited to a handful of minutes in the first halves of the next several games as well. He's still not ready, physically. I don't know if its rust, or if his knee is s till bothering him. To me, he did not move fluidly. And he lagged behind the rest of the Rockets in running up and down the floor. He did a hit a 3-pointer, though. And he drew a foul on a drive from the mid-post. He's got skills that the Rockets don't possess amongst their other wings. We'll see if that's enough to overcome the noticeable deficiencies.
I actually thought he had a nice spring to his jumpshots. That's a good sign. I wish him the best. Now we need a Yao Ming surprise comeback.
I love how RA is completely full of bull when talking to the media. Under 8min and +12 McGrady had 3 scoring oppurtunities. Missed foul shots hurt The best part was Brooks then Lowry waving TMac off the ball and running the offense
