So Horrible...I hate Cohan so much! Question of the Day: What could the Warriors have gotten for Randolph in the off season? What can the Warriors get for Randolph now? --Bassel
I think Randolph's trade value would still be high. In fact, I don't think there's a team in the NBA that wouldn't have some interest. The question is do these idiots in the Warriors front office have what it takes to get what he's worth in a trade? I'm not hopeful at all about that. For the record I'm against trading him unless the package is bringing back a star player under contract, but if they are going to trade him, they had better get something great back, or I'm done with this team until Cohan, Rowell, and Nelson are all gone. I mean if they end up with a signed Chris Bosh or Chris Paul or something, I'll shut up, I just don't see it happening.
I'm in no way advocating the trading of Randolph, just looking at how quickly his value dissapeared. Had they moved him in the off-season, perhaps bundled with any of Wright, Jackson, Curry or Ellis the Warriors could've potentially had their pick of All-Stars.
I disagree with Kawakami on that, I don't think his value has decreased much. Everyone knows this guy is (I think) still the second youngest player in the NBA (in any case, he's really young) and while his game has been up and down this year, the talent is clearly still there...well, clear to everyone except Nelson, Smart, and maybe Rowell and Cohan anyway. And with this circus of a coaching staff, plus the injuries, how can you blame Randolph for being a little confused about his role? Kawakami talks about his "attitude" being a problem, but what has he done that's so horrible? He's fiery on the court and likes to put on the glare sometimes, but I haven't seen him do anything really childish. I see him for the most part playing hard out there. I think that's probably just more Kawakami speculative shit-stirring that gets people excited and keeps them reading his articles.
Cohan must be the most hated owner in all of sports franchises. I once thought about the horrible idea of this guy drowning in quick sand. I'm there to help him but I don't. I try to think about how evil that situation would be and try to feel shame about it... but then I start grinning and it just doesn't work. Cohan ought to be the one to feel shame about his lousy organization that crushes fans' hopes. They got no pride for the Warriors because they are a joke! Cohan is a joke! Next time they have a televised national tv game, we fans ought to let loose on him. I mean as crappy as the Clippers are, at least the LA fans have the Lakers. What do we have?
I'm working on a tshirt idea. Once I get it ready, I'll post it to the website. I think it'll be as hot as the We-Believe shirts
If it says F*CK Cohan on it, I'll wear it every day to work. That man does not deserve to be a sports franchise owner.
