He has demonstrated (or at least claimed) a willingness to report posters to local law enforcement before. It's sort of sad that anyone would think that local law enforcement would have the time or energy to deal with hypothetical discussions about wiping out all Christians or a long-term member of this community whose name is part of his username tracking him down and shooting him. But maybe they do. I dunno. Ed O.
It's also sad that a Producer on this forum would allow a post that calls for wiping out all Christians, and then take issue with someone finding it offensive. I dunno.
I'm not sure if you addressed this anywhere, but what came of your reporting that to your friend in law enforcement?
Read the thread. See what I had to say about it. And do you REALLY think that I took issue that you were offended? Or was it that you were threatening/claiming to waste real-life taxpayer money and resources on the thread? Or that you were using the threat of same to attempt to chill discussion? It was ridiculous and childish and irresponsible. Much more than the original poster's point, which was outlandish but purely academic. Ed O.
Yes, that post was ridiculous, childish, and irresponsible. The one calling for all Christians to be wiped out on your board, that is. I'm not even a christian, for what it is worth.
Mr. PapaG, I have no mailing address of your residence, so I must inform you here via the medium of this internet connection. I have his authorization vis a vis a photograph of him making the colloquial "okay sign" with his thumb and forefinger grasped in juxtaposition in a perspicacious yet judicious employment of his lengthiest digit. -------------- This email message may be protected by the attorney/client privilege, work product doctrine or other confidentiality protection. Papa G has sent me 2 PMs including the threatening animation ---> I interpret it to mean that he is going to hunt me down and pummel me with beer glasses. My attorney will be contacted in the morning...
OK then. If you feel threatened, have at it. I don't think what I posted was threatening, but perhaps you found it to be.
Blame the moderator who called me out and threatened me in his avatar. None of this happens without that emotional and childish decision.
Why do you tend to blow things on an internet message board out of proportion and cause unneccesary drama and then expect the other person to want to drink with you? I'm sure thats on everyone's priority list. Drinking alcohol and discussing past arguments on a message board with someone who obviously suffers from a bit of paranoia.
