I live in CT and after watching (excluding TNT, NBA, ESPN) 26 games I can tell you that I've seen 6 Blazer broadcasts and haven't seen one in 2 weeks. The last one was vs Houston. So does comcast really only run the blazers broadcasts when thats their only option? last year i always got blazer broadcasts. this year its very rare if ever. what the fuck is teh deal with direct tv?

Im simply saying... Direct TV NEVER airs Blazers broadcasts on league pass unless the other team isn't doing the game. They don't want to air the blazers broadcast. last year i always saw the blazer broadcasts... this year its very very rare.

Its bullshit. Listening to the other teams announcers is painful when your losing.:sigh:

which i expect a lot this year.

If you are talking about the LeaguePass, there is no rhyme or reason to what games they pick. It is literally an intern in NYC choosing either the home or visit feed.

In conneticut NBATV/NBA League Pass should not be blacking out any Blazer games. Ever.

Count yourself lucky. If you were watching Mike and Mike you'd be complaining about what homers they are.

I prefer some of the "enemy" announcement teams. I also think some of them really suck. It's a mixed bag. Sometimes I just turn them off and turn on some music anyhow.

i am to the point where i tune those two out. my dad can't stand them for being over the top homers and he was complaining about them on tuesday and i realized i don't pay attention to them anymore. i agree that the excuses they make for the team are laughable, oh how i wish we had decent broadcasters on tv or radio.

why would i get the league pass when all i care about is pdx in the nba? i realize we don't have the worst announcers out there but i just don't really care for mike/mike or wheels. and don't even get me started on that waste; jay allen.

Wheels is by far the most entertaining radio voice in the league.

i emailed them and complained about it. I got free showtime (only had hbo) for 6 months AND it said that they will send notice to that department that BLazer broadcast aren't being aired on the NBA package. It also said... if things dont change please let us know as soon as possible.

All you need to know about direct tv... if you are unhappy... threaten you will switch to comcast by phone or email.... and you will get either a discount or some programming free. I complained about my Sunday NFL ticket price and i got super fan free and $20 off my bill for 6 months. It works. Just sound pissed and use the word comcast.
