You had 1 player play very well in Roy, 2 players play well in Przybilla and Miller, two play pretty well in Blake and Bayless, and then the rest play like absolute shit!

What is weird is that Roy played 42 minutes and finished +1. So that means in the 6 minutes he didn't play tonight, we were outscored by 10. Interesting.

Go Blazers! I'm really happy we are playing Bayless a lot. This kid is really good for a 21 year old.

10 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assist. Over the past 4 games (first time he got consistent minutes) -- 15.5ppg, 3rpg, 2apg in 25 minutes.

Don't think it is quite over. I'd actually argue that every time he has been consistently given minutes over a period of time he has produced very well. Last year he was averaging like 10, 3 and 3 in a 10 game span, or something like that -- one of the few times he was given minutes consistently (when Blake went down).

Just kidding, I like what he's doing.

We still have no PG though and we're going nowhere without one.

If only we had kept Sergio we'd probably be 22-6.

I'm guessing that was the lineup (+ someone like Howard or Cunningham).

And Victor Khryapa, Who could have been a Pippen to Roy's MJ!

With some other coach, quite possible.

Not to rain on your parade, because I was quite happy with Bayless last game, but 3-13, 2TO/1AST and 4 blocked shot attempts do not equate to "pretty well" in my book.

Meh. It was a nice second quarter and then after that he either got clobbered going into the lane with a no call (Howard is a superstar and Jerryd is who again?) or he was just firing desperation, contested jumpers with a small forward in his face. Definitely forgettable, but not as terrible as the stat line suggests

But of course, He left his breaking skills when he signed for these Blazers.

Come on now, you can't tell me that this isn't the most woeful team youv'e ever seen attempt to fastbreak in all of basketball.

I've seen Junior Highschoolers that would put these guys to shame.

Andre has just assimilated into a sytsem that STINKS.

Overall I take this game with a grain of salt. They didn't lose by that many points, and that was with the Blazers shooting like total shit. That was one of the best teams in the league we played. The facts are with Orlando, that unless you get Howard in foul trouble by attacking him, you will turn into a jump shooting team, which is exactly what Orlando wants, and exactly what Orlando got in this game.

I noticed that Pendergraph has been activated. That is good to see, we are starting to get some bodies back. In the next 6 weeks we could get 2 more back with Rudy and Batum coming back.
